Brad White is a fully certified IFMGA / ACMG Mountain Guide with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is currently employed by Parks Canada as a Visitor Safety Specialist with responsibilities for mountain rescue and avalanche forecasting in Banff, Kootenay and Yoho National Parks. Brad is a professional member of the Canadian Avalanche Association and has been teaching advanced avalanche courses for many years. He has worked on many of the committees that have been instrumental in developing the latest best practices for avalanche forecasting, hazard classification and public bulletins. He is also a ski guide examiner for the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides.
Having grown up in Banff in a ski industry family, Brad has been skiing since he was two years old, and began heli-ski guiding at age 23. He has guided in almost every major ski region across Brisish Columbia and keeps coming back to Mustang because it consistently receives some of the deepest and lightest snow in the province. Brad is married with two university aged girls and the entire family looks forward to their yearly visits to Mustang.
