New for the 2011/2012 season! Guests can now heli ski their way to Mustang Powder, thanks to Eagle Pass Heli Skiing! Heli ski transfers are available from Revelstoke, Kelowna, Silver Star Mountain Resort and Sparkling Hill Resort and the crew at Eagle Pass can assist you in creating a custom ski vacation combining cat skiing at Mustang Powder with heli skiing, resort skiing and maybe even a trip to the spa.
Guests coming to Mustang from the east (e.g. Alberta/Saskatchewan) can drive to Revelstoke a few days early, spend some time warming up the legs at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, then heli ski all the way to the Mustang Powder Lodge the day before your cat skiing vacation commences. At the end of your cat skiing trip you wil go via cat/bus/shuttle back to your vehicle in Revelstoke. As an alternative to travelling by cat/bus/shuttle, transportation back to Revelstoke by helicopter can be arranged with Selkirk Mountain Helicopters or Arrow Helicopters.
Those coming from the west (e.g. Vancouver/Seattle) or flying into Kelowna Airport have several options to choose from. Heli ski transfers are available from the Kelowna Airport, Silver Star Mountain Resort or Sparkling Hill Resort near Vernon - so you can plan to kick your vacation off with some resort skiing at Silver Star, or finish it off at the Sparkling Hill spa. After your cat skiing trip you will be taken via cat/bus/shuttle back to your vehicle. As an alternative to travelling by cat/bus/shuttle, helicopter transportation to Kelowna can be arranged with Coldstream Helicopters.
Heli ski transfers to Mustang must be arranged directly with Eagle Pass. Just be sure to inform us by e-mail, so that we are aware of your arrival plans.

Guests also have the option to take a helicopter directly to or from the Mustang Powder Lodge – without skiing en route. You can fly via helicopter from Kelowna Airport, Revelstoke or the Skyline Esso truck stop to Mustang Powder Lodge. During December and January you will have a slightly shorter last ski day if you choose to depart the lodge via helicopter, as the helicopters will only fly in daylight. If at the last minute weather prevents the helicopter from operating, guests can travel to or from the lodge via the Mustang Powder bus and snowcat. This decision must be made early enough to enable the guests to inform Mustang Powder and make it to the pick up spot (at the Skyline ESSO truck stop 44km west of Revelstoke) prior to 3:30pm PST. Please be aware that helicopters have weight and baggage restrictions which should be discussed with the helicopter company upon booking.
